Happy St. Patrick's Day from the WUSD!

Gaga Ball anyone?
Gaga Ball is a game that combines the skills of dodging, striking, running and jumping while trying to hit opponents with a ball below the knees. Players learned to keep moving to avoid getting hit by the ball. Third, fourth and fifth grade students have been enjoying learning and playing the game, and finding out it is a serious workout! Our Webster Wildcats want to thank the City of Watertown Park & Recreation Department for borrowing them their Gaga Pit!

In collaboration with Watertown Family Connections and Safe Families for Children, the WUSD is proud to present The Power of Positive Parenting Seminar on Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Watertown Public Library. Please join us for this free event!

Our #WatertownWay third graders at Douglas Elementary are learning all about weather and climate. They had a special visitor, Drew Burgoyne of CBS 58, present today all about severe weather and safety. Thank you for inspiring future meteorologists today, Mr. Burgoyne!

These #WatertownWay sixth grade RMS Panthers recently built a maze in Mrs. LaDew's media center, sharpened their science skills with Mrs. Travis and shared in read-aloud time with Mrs. Fremont! #adayinthelife

Mrs. Godfroy's first grade class recently finished up their nonfiction writing unit and celebrated by getting to share their writing pieces with their 4K friends! The room was set up like a museum and our #WatertownWay 4K students could stop by the writing topics that they were most interested in hearing about. It was an awesome experience that provided the opportunity for Mrs. Godfroy's first graders to be great role models and teachers to our youngest learners. Way to go, Schurz Tigers!

If you don't have your Grease: The Musical tickets for this Friday, Saturday or Sunday at WHS, a limited number of seats are still available! Warmer temperatures are coming our way - we hope š, but in the meantime, these #WatertownWay Webster Wildcats are happily building snowmen with what's left before the thaw!

Fort building and Four Square were the names of the games at recess time for these #WatertownWay Douglas Tigers!
