
These #WatertownWay superheroes celebrated being 100 days smarter by dressing up and showing their learning powers!


Who's up for a game of Kin-Ball? These #WatertownWay RMS Panthers are! The object of Kin-Ball is simple: to score more points than the two other opponents and win the game. Players do this by working as a team against the two other teams. A great deal of teamwork is involved in Kin-Ball, and our RMS Panthers worked together and had a blast!

Last week, LEAP Elementary students had a visit from author, Stef Wade, who came to read and discuss her books Q & U Call It Quits and A Place for Pluto. Afterwards, the students were able to ask her questions about being an author, were given the opportunity to give suggestions for possible future book ideas and had the opportunity to purchase any of Stef Wade's books and have them signed by her.


Douglas Elementary students joined students across the country in the Great Kindness Challenge! The culminating activity for this year's kindness week was capturing a picture of the students and staff along with their giant paper chain of kindness. Neighbors could hear students excitedly proclaiming "Douglas Tigers are Kind!" Kindness is the #WatertownWay!


This week we celebrate Wisconsin School Bus Driver Appreciation Week! Hats off to all of our #WatertownWay school bus drivers for transporting our students safely to and from school and events! We appreciate all that you do! Wisconsin School Bus Association

#WatertownWay students in 2/3 at Lincoln STEM worked collaboratively to complete a Project Lead the Way module that challenged them to code a video game. Each game was very creative and we had fun learning to play each of the games!





The Watertown Athletic Booster Club is sponsoring its 11th Annual Winter Open Indoor Track and Field Meet on Saturday, March 5th. It is open to children in grades 3-5, middle school, high school, and adult athletes.

Congratulations to our #WatertownWay Varsity Blue Revue Dance team who recently competed at State after claiming the Southern Regional Championship titles in both the D1 Kick and D1 Hip Hop categories!

#WatertownWay students in Mr. Phillips's WHS Small Engines course had a pretty awesome experience thanks to Kayser Dodge when they came to talk to them with a Dodge Challenger Shaker 392 HEMI in tow! Thank you for helping to enrich their skills! #communitysupport


This poplar piece was donated by a generous #WatertownWay family and was used to make cool projects in Mr. Foleyās RMS technical education classes. We are so thankful for the amazing community support given to our WUSD students and staff!


We are excited to announce that SkillsUSA Watertown has partnered with YES! Watertown to host this year's community ICE OUT event!
The #WatertownWay SkillsUSA team welded up a structure this year to be placed on the ice. Get the winning timeslot for when it sinks through, win $500.00! Proceeds will be shared with the SkillsUSA program.

Miss Leahyās WHS fashion students have been busy this trimester making scrunchies, tie-dyed items, soup cozies, pillowcases, and most recently, heart garlands for Valentineās Day! Next up are aprons and their final projects! #WatertownWay


Miss Getlinās 2/3 LEAP class has been focusing on using adjectives to describe nouns and to tell how many. These #WatertownWay students worked on drawing a monster, and then used what they had learned to come up with six adjectives to describe their monsters.

Webster Elementary School recently held their Cool, Awesome and Terrific Students (CATS) lunch. Each month, Principal Clark eats lunch with a group of Cool Awesome and Terrific Students. These students are selected by teachers in grades K-5 for making great gains in an academic area or working super hard! Congratulations to these #WatertownWay Wildcats! Keep up the amazing work!



Did you know that the Watertown Unified School District continues to provide FREE breakfast and lunch to all in-person learners through the end of the 2021-22 school year? Students need not qualify for the Free & Reduced Meal Program in order to receive free meals this school year.
