Watertown High School

Monday, January 24th:  No School for Students

  • A friendly reminder students do not report to school on Monday, January 24th as this day is a Teacher Work Day.  WHS staff will be hard at work preparing for the rest of the 2nd Trimester.

2022-23 WHS Course Registration (Current 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students)

  • Students and families are reminded to complete their 2022-23 course selection process in Skyward by Sunday, January 23. Please check out the Student Services Webpage for more information about course selection. https://sites.google.com/mywus…

  • Students and families may also contact the Student Services Office by phone at (920)262-7550 if they need additional support.

ACT Prep for Junior Students

  • WHS will be offering ACT prep courses in the areas of Science, English and Math on Saturdays in February. Students can sign up for an individual course for a fee of $10.00 per course OR students can sign up for all 3 courses for $25.00. Students interested in participating should sign up with the Bookkeeper, Mrs. Klinger, in the Front Entrance Office. The dates and times for each course are as follows:

    • 2/5/22 - ELA and Reading - 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

    • 2/12/22 - Science - 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.

    • 2/26/22 - Math - 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Parent Teacher Conferences January 31, 2022

  • WHS will be holding virtual parent teacher conferences on Monday, January 31. Parents must register via Skyward to make an appointment for conferences. Links for the virtual conferences will be shared prior to January 31. Please register for conferences by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, January 30.

  • If you wish to have an in-person conference on January 31, please register for a timeslot and notify the teacher you wish to meet in-person. 

  •  As always, WHS families are welcome to communicate with WHS teachers at any time to discuss progress in their student’s courses.

Here Comes the Bus

  • Families are reminded to download the “Here Comes the Bus” app for real-time location of your student’s bus and receive notifications or email alerts. The Start-Up Guide and Parent Letter will help you in setting up an account.

Student Face Coverings on the Bus

  • Students are encouraged to bring their own face covering to wear on the bus.  A gentle reminder to all students riding the bus that the cloth face coverings distributed on the bus can be washed and reused.   Thanks for your support!

Scholarship Information
