Dear WUSD Families,
We thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, ideas, and feedback through the recent School Perceptions community survey. Your input is an important part of how we continue our proud tradition of excellence while embracing the innovation and transformation needed to prepare every learner for success as we navigate challenging financial circumstances.
The survey has now closed, and representatives from School Perceptions are beginning to carefully review and organize the data. Note: If you are a resident of the Watertown Unified School District and did not receive a survey via mail, we still welcome your feedback and it will be added to the survey results. To request a copy of the survey, please call Lynn Linskens at (920) 262-1460 ext. 3202 or email linskensl@mywusd.org.
Once the survey report is complete, we will review the results with our district leadership team and Board of Education at a special meeting set for December 1, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Educational Service Center. A full discussion on action to be taken from the findings will take place at the December 15, 2025 Board of Education meeting starting at 6 p.m. The results will also be shared publicly through our district website at https://www.watertown.k12.wi.us/page/spring-referendum.
We are deeply grateful for your partnership and your continued support of the WUSD. Together, we are shaping a future where learning, collaboration, and community thrive.
In Community & Education,
Dr. Jarred Burke
Superintendent of Schools
Craig Wortman
School Board President
