Good morning WHS students and families,

If your student athlete plans on playing a WHS sport this school year, (2021-22), you and your student athlete are required to complete the following: (Please make note of the Red Card DUE DATES below next to your student’s fall sport)

Red Card forms, with a parent. These forms are under Online Forms in Skyward Family Access (these forms are not accessible under the students’ Skyward account)
Please be sure to click the save button after each page is completed. At the end, please make sure to click on the submit/complete button to submit your online paperwork.
$75 Red Card payment. You can pay in person to the WHS book keeper, or you can make an online payment through Skyward by following these links in order:
- Pay for Optional fees (search for your athlete’s sport)
- Make a payment
- Fee Management

A current physical form must be completed and signed by your doctor if you have not yet brought that into the main office. Your physical must be after April 1st, 2020 for you to be eligible to play sports during the 2021-22 school year. It is athlete/parent responsibility to make sure the athlete has an updated physical on file.

Red Card video! Before participating in Watertown High School Athletics, it is mandatory that every student athlete and a parent/guardian view the Red Card video and electronically sign the form through Skyward Family Access. This video informs athletes and parents of expectations about participating in WHS sports. The WHS student athlete along with a parent/guardian only need to view the online Red Card video once during their High School career. **If the student athlete has already attended a red card meeting at WHS, or have watched the online video in previous years, you are not required to watch the video.

First practice: August 10, 2021

Cross Country, Volleyball and Boys Soccer:

Red card paperwork/payment due NO LATER THAN Thursday, August 12, 2021

First practice: August 16, 2021
