Three Watertown Wrestlers Named to Academic All-State Team
The Watertown High School Wrestling team continues to add to its strong run of on the mat performances with three athletes named to the Wisconsin Wrestling Association’s Academic All-State Team. This time around the awards were earned both on the mat and in the classroom.
Joe Logan (Junior), Nathan Rocole (Junior), and Caleb Bardenwerper (Freshman) all received honorable mention academic all-state awards for their performances during the 2024-25 Varsity Wrestling season. Each athlete compiled a superior winning varsity record and a grade point average of 3.75 or above. The varsity team boasts several other honor roll students with superior records and a tradition of high performing student athletes.

🎉 Huge congratulations to the 36 sophomores and juniors who were inducted into the National Honor Society at Watertown High School on Monday, April 14th! We're so proud to welcome these new members.
The National Honor Society is built upon four pillars: Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character. These qualities represent the dedication and commitment of our outstanding students.
Let's all celebrate their achievements! 👏

Watertown High School held a Pep Assembly Friday morning to honor Flight Feather recipients, to recognize winter season athletes who competed at State, to celebrate attendance milestones and more.
WHS's Flight Feather program provides staff and students with the opportunity to recognize other staff and students for going out of their way to do the right thing or by completing an act of kindness for someone else. So far, 637 Flight Feathers have been submitted this school year for a drawing. Students whose names were drawn included Carson Lindeman, Karter Zimmerman, Nohra Good, Gillian Mihalko, Sophia Tolfa and Sophia Gonzales. Staff winners were Kelley Piasecki and Eric Kleine.
Another special recognition that occurred Friday was the send-off of the Special Olympics Basketball Team - Galaxy - featuring WHS student Alex Wuestenberg and other WHS alumni. The team played at the State games in Oshkosh this past weekend. Go Goslings!
Tradition. Innovation. Transformation. #WatertownWay!
