December WHS Rotary Students

Watertown High School is proud to announce that Davis Cashin, Delia Meier and Lillian Small have been named Watertown Rotary Club outstanding seniors for the month of December 2025.

Cashin, Meier, and Small have demonstrated excellence in academics, athletics, extracurricular activities, and community service. Each Monday, the seniors will join the Rotary Club at their weekly meetings, providing an opportunity to celebrate their achievements and connect with community leaders. This partnership highlights the dedication and hard work of our students, and fosters valuable connections between WHS and the Watertown community.

Davis Cashin is the son of Andy and Jen Cashin. Davis has been a four-year member of the football and basketball programs, and he plans on participating on the baseball team in spring to complete his goal of becoming a four-year, three-sport athlete. He is also a member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society. In addition to his academic and athletic commitments, Davis has participated in Athletic Leadership, served on the Principal’s Advisory Group, and volunteers with Watertown Park & Rec as a youth coach. Davis plans to attend a four-year college, where he plans to compete in either football or baseball.

Delia Meier is the daughter of Olivia Meier. Delia has been a three-year member of HOSA (Future Health Professionals), INTERACT (Student Rotary) and the Girls Tennis Team. She is also actively involved in National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, and Ecology Club. In addition to her school commitments, Delia works as a sales associate at the Johnson Creek Outlet Mall. Delia plans to attend a four-year university with the goal of pursuing medical school. She also intends to serve in the military following high school.

Lillian Small is the daughter of Adam and Lisa Small and has demonstrated strong involvement at WHS. Lillian has been a four-year member of the WHS Music Program, participating in Band, Choir, Show Choir, and the Spring Musical. Beyond these achievements, Lillian is involved in National Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honor Society, and Model United Nations. Outside of WHS, she is active in Ixonia Victory 4-H, the Junior Wisconsin Meat Goat Association, and the National Call Breeders of America. Despite her many commitments, she finds time to work as a hostess at Donny’s. Lillian will be attending UW-Madison to study Genetics and pursue a career as a Genetic Counselor.
