GO RITEWAY STUDENT TRANSPORTATION
This form is required each year, even if your child was bussed in the last year, to ensure we have correct pick up and drop off information. Transportation forms are required to be completed by July 30, 2023 to guarantee routing the first week of school. Late applications on current routes will take a minimum of 3 days for transportation. An address not on a current route may be required to utilize a corner stop nearest to that route.
IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CHILDREN IN YOUR FAMILY, YOU WILL NEED TO FILL OUT A REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH CHILD.
Student Transportation Criteria:
Transportation shall be provided to all students that reside outside the city limits.
Transportation shall be provided to all resident students living within alternative busing areas (i.e. hazardous). Below is a listing of pick-up points in these areas:
Boughton Street Apartments (3 pick-up points)

Crestview Drive & Steeplechase Drive

An adult must be present for the bus to drop-off students in 4K -2nd grade students. If an adult is not present, the bus company will attempt to call the parent. If someone cannot be reached, the student may be returned to the district after the route is completed. Transportation services for a 4K-2nd grade student may be suspended or terminated should a parent or guardian repeatedly fail to be present at the designated pick-up or drop-off point.
There is a Shuttle Bus available for students at the following locations:
Douglas Elementary Center Street
Lincoln Elementary O'Connell Street
Schurz Elementary Neenah Street
Webster Elementary 10th Street

The shuttle picks up students at the school closest to student’s home then transports students to the High School where the student would get on a bus and be transported to the school they attend.
Kindergarten to Grade 5 ride free of charge at the shuttle locations.
Grade 6 to Grade 12 are eligible to ride at the shuttle locations through the “Pay to Ride”. The cost per day is $1.00, must be paid in advance and must be paid for an entire semester (prorated from start date). Please fill out this form and contact Amy Wesemann at the District Office at 920-262-1460 X3213 or email@example.com .
Please allow 3 business days for bus changes or new registrations for busing added throughout the school year to be processed and changes implemented.
