ASVAB Testing

  • WHS students, in grades 10 through 12, have an opportunity to complete the ASVAB on Thursday morning, December 16th, in the Media Center. The ASVAB is an assessment that identifies your skills, interests and may point you in the direction of a future career. The ASVAB is also used to determine eligibility for specific military occupations. If you are considering military service, you should consider completing the ASVAB.

  • Sign-up to complete the ASVAB using the following link: https://forms.gle/x4vyjR7BN1tEfyUBA

  • If you would like to learn more about the ASVAB as an assessment and the types of questions you will encounter, please visit the ASVAB Web site. Please contact your school counselor if you have any questions.

Social Media Trend

  • WHS administration has become aware of a trend on social media including students posting pictures of student feet underneath bathroom stalls in WHS restrooms.  A message was shared with WHS students on 12/7/21 reminding them that taking pictures or recording videos in bathrooms or locker rooms is strictly prohibited per WUSD Board Policy and those who violate will be subject to school as well as legal consequences.  Please take this opportunity to speak with your student about using personal electronic devices responsibly, especially in protected spaces such as restrooms or locker rooms.
