Scott Bostwick - Principal

Scott Bostwick is a 1982 graduate of University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a degree in Biology and Chemistry. In 1990 he earned his Master’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in Curriculum and Instruction. In 1992 he earned a second Master’s Degree in Educational Administration.

In 1985 Scott started his career in public education as a high school science teacher in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. After eight and a half years in the classroom and as a coach he assumed the role of associate principal in January 1993. After eight and a half years in that position he moved to Watertown High School, where he has been principal since July 2002.

With a strong emphasis on “the whole child”, Scott is most proud of the fact that WHS has added numerous course offerings and co-curricular opportunities during his tenure. The goal of Watertown High School is to provide positive experiences for all students and to “empower all students to succeed in their world.” High school should be the "Experience of a Lifetime" for young people and should help students engage academically and socially as they progress into adulthood.
 

Michael Daniels - Assistant Principal/Athletic Director

Mike Daniels is entering his 11th year in education, all of which he has served in the Watertown Unified School District. In 1999 Mike was hired as a fourth and then fifth grade teacher at Schurz Elementary School after receiving his Elementary and Middle Level Undergraduate Degree (with certifications in English and Spanish) from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. He taught six years at Schurz School specializing in working with English Language Learners (ELL students), integrating technology into the curriculum, and engaging students by using a community-based approach. During his elementary teaching career Mike Daniels also coached football and tennis at Watertown High School.

In 2003, Mike received his first Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. In 2006, he received his second Master’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis. After receiving his administration degree, Mike was hired to serve as Principal of Lincoln and Lebanon Elementary Schools and Summer School Coordinator.

In 2008, Mike accepted the position of High School Assistant Principal/Athletic Director. His philosophy in athletics is to encourage student athletes to participate in multiple sports along with being sportsman both on and off the field. Mike encourages fans of all ages to loudly, proudly, and respectfully cheer for the Watertown Goslings. In 2010 Mike enters his third year as athletic director and assistant principal, and anticipates a competitive year in the Wisconsin Little Ten Conference.
 

Daniela Stuckey - Assistant Principal

Daniela Stuckey received her Bachelor’s Degree from Cleveland State University, a Career Based Intervention Certificate from Kent State University and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Edgewood College.

Daniela taught high school English and was a Career Based Intervention Coordinator in Lakewood, Ohio for eight years. She also coached track and cross country in Lakewood for ten years. In 2003, She moved to Wisconsin where she taught alternative education at Arrowhead Union High School until 2008.

Daniela is entering her third year as an assistant principal at Watertown High School. She is passionate about providing opportunities for success to all students, particularly those at-risk of not graduating from high school. 
 

Luke Spielman - Assistant Principal

Luke Spielman is in his fifth year in the Watertown Unified School District.  During his time in the school district he has served as a classroom teacher, basketball and tennis coach, S.A.D.D. adviser, and Student Council adviser.

Luke received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Secondary Social Studies Education.  In 2008, he completed his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Marian University. 
 
As an Assistant Principal, Luke is passionate about student involvement in extracurricular activities and looks forward to working with the students that are new to WHS and easing their transition to the High School.
